First, make sure you have...
Double checked the dimensions of your file
Optimized the orientation of your part (reduce overhangs as much as possible)
Check/uncheck support material as needed
Build plate adhension (skirt is often fine, but I use brim for larger prints)
Now choose your printer and material...:
Use the Taz 6 Printer.
Set your material to Polylite PLA (Polymaker)...or other if you know what you are doing
Make sure you have selected support material if needed.
Make sure your part is oriented properly in Cura.
Make sure the print bed is clean and free of glue.
Wipe the print bed with an alcohol wipe to remove any oils/particles on the bed.
Use the Taz 6 Aerostruder
For generic TPU, select your material to Polyflex (Polymaker). Otherwise, choose the namebrand you are using.
Apply a thin layer of gluestick on the print bed. (if too much glue is built up, wipe with a warm wet cloth.
