Guide for Building Your Fusion Robot Base

Using Nuts and Bolts

Be sure to capture the nut with a wrench and the bolt with a allen key.

Using Plastic Rivets

Insert both pieces on the same side
Push the top piece down.
When the top piece goes through, the bottom part splays out and holds tight.

Assemble your basic frame

View from bottom.

Side view

Mount the bracket to the motors.

Mount the motors to the frame.

Mount the controller to the standoffs making sure the motor and battery inputs are towards the front.

Align the set screw with the dent in the motor shaft and tighten using the thinnest allen key.
